What serious *** I had an APPOINTMENT at 11, got there and was told it would be about 20 minutes. No biggie, right, one expects a wait at a medial appointment. But, since I was a NEW patient the "doctor" decided that I could wait another 20 minutes while he just "really quick" saw the other two patients that came in AFTER me, with NO appointment???

Depute charge

My credit cards was charged from March to August 2021 for services I did not use. According to the office clerk, I froze the account in February, 2021, but used the service in March 2021. The account was supposedly to be put cancelled. The problem is that the charge for February, 2021 was for March 2021 service. I did not break any policy. I would like to have my full refund of $414.00. I was suppose to get August, 2021 supposedly.

Automatic charges

I committed to one moth of treatment for $79.00 but was continually charged for 7 more months. I never went back and they are claiming I signed up for continued membership. I did not do that knowingly!! What a scam!!! I am out $553.00. Very angry and upset!!! Leslie Peck

I went in to get by back looked at , at the winrock location in Albuquerque nm I went in seen a chiropractor they popped my back then I went to go Pay for the service and they asked if I would like to geta couple of follow up visits at a certain price , I thought it was fair price so I agreed and they charged my card, I was not told I would be charged an additional $69 a month if I would have known I would have never look et them charge my card this is really frustrating, I just want my membership canceled this company is tricking people and not being honest with them they told me that would be the only charge on my card the money they took out the day I was there, this is not going to go away I will go and take whatever measure I need to to get this resolved even if I have to protest in front of your building

As of 9/22/2021, I have still not yet received a response to my calls and emails. I went ahead and filed it with the Better Business Bureau.

I tried them out for 1 month. The contract was not supposed to be renewed, but they kept billing me. I contacted them and that was supposed to have been stopped. It has continued. I just found out they have been billing me for 2 years! Beware

I have charges on my credit card and I did not use the services for April to August 2021. I don't agree with the explanation I got. Supposedly I froze the account in February, but that I used it again in March 2021. My account was paid for March 2021 with February's charge. I want my refund. They were supposed to have cancelled. This is not my problem, this is a problem at the office.

I was very happy with this group at first, they talked me into a monthly plan, at a good price and the care seemed to help a little. As the third month came The Dr. said there was nothing more he could do for me as mine was a muscle problem not a joint problem. I said fine, as the month ended I went in to cancel the monthly withdrawal and the girl said I was one day too late to cancel it. That upset me bit I went on and filled out the cancel paperwork, the following month another Charge. This time they said they did not have the cancel paperwork, I went there filled it out and handed it to them. So here I go again filling out another one and filled out the cancelation

I think that Dr. Meek is excellent, but not good enough to override the current situation. Unbeknownst to me ive been paying $69 a month since January. I was not informed at the beginning that my credit card would be changed automatically the $69 fee. To compound the issue I cant cancel over the phone. I have emailed Angela Chapone to no avail. YES, I am pissed! You have NO customer service!

The Joint Chiropractic engages in fraud daily. Their representatives will pitch you a '3 month' or '2 month' membership with their $69 dollar fee automatically drafted from your bank. What they DON'T tell you is that they continue to draft funds from your account even after the 60 or 90 day package you agreed to has expired. Also, you'll have to drive to one of their locations to cancel. Your phone number will be blocked and you only receive a busy signal. And good luck with the customer service number in Scottsdale.

The doctor seperated the cartilage from my ribs while adjusting me. I've seen two different doctors with the same diagnosis. Brought in my medical bills thus far and they told me they will not be paying for them. Told them they will be hearing from my attorney.

My credit card has had charges from March 2021 to August 2021. Supposedly I have been given credit for August. I told them to freeze my account because I was going out of until the end of April. They froze the account in February, but this charge was for March. Apparently the cancellation was not done, just the freeze.Be carefub Because I used the services in March, the accountant claims I unfrozen the account. I am asking for my refund of 5 months.
