I signed up for the 2 month minimum. They were very clear about it being a two month minimum contract and that I have to cancel in person.
What they did not tell me was that it was a RECURRING subscription that would continue each month beyond the two months. Not knowing this, I thought that the in-person cancellation was for if I wanted to end before the two month minimum. I was charged for a month I did not get service for and after telling me over the phone that they would see what they could work out with me if I came in, they actually argued with me about what they told me when I signed up. And did not offer any kind of amends.
The manager also admitted that many people misunderstand this very thing.
Extremely poor customer service.
There was also an instance that I drove out of my way to come one day and their one chiropractor had called in sick and they didn’t have anyone else to see me. They were unapologetic and insisted that I should have called ahead of time. But I was never informed that I should call ahead before coming for an appointment.
I lost one of my paid weeks because of that.
Again, poor customer service.
Don’t waste your time or money here. It was not worth saving the few dollars at the initial visit.
