I'm worse now

I went to the joint because I believe I might have had sciatica. After going there for a while I realized it wasn't working and the pain was getting worse. One thing about the joint they don't do X-rays. Consequently they really don't know what's going on in your back. So I went to a real chiropractor, found out one leg is longer than the other, found out my spine is curved, looks like I've been dealing with this for a long time the real chiropractor said. I wouldn't waste my time at the joint. Go fire find a chiropractor that's really going to find out what the real problem is and the only way they know how to do that is take an x-ray. Buyer beware

User's recommendation: Buyers really be careful. I couldn't walk I was so abused at the Joint. I am walking a little now, but still have severe pain when I walk.

Terrible customer service

The Joint at Metro Center is a rip off. They get you to sign, mislead and then keep charging your card. Dont go here, its a money trap and Effie at the front desk is absolutely the worst. Wont give you any info cant talk to the manager. Acts like she owns it. Doesnt say hello, mean and shouldnt be working with the public period.

Advertise quick for adjustments but never have the staff to do adjustments

Take 45- hour to wait for an adjustment. Not enough staff but keep taking new patients. Try all hours and same result. Closed several times due to no staff.

User's recommendation: if you sign up to come in and out within 30 min. don't sign up; you need an hour to hour and 15 min.

Depute charge

My credit cards was charged from March to August 2021 for services I did not use. According to the office clerk, I froze the account in February, 2021, but used the service in March 2021. The account was supposedly to be put cancelled. The problem is that the charge for February, 2021 was for March 2021 service. I did not break any policy. I would like to have my full refund of $414.00. I was suppose to get August, 2021 supposedly.

A total scam operation!

I signed up for one month at $79.00. I had no intention of continuing with their service. I recently discovered that they continued to charge my credit card for 7 more months! That's $553.00!! Now they are refusing to refund this money saying I signed a contract. This is a very deceitful company!!! I recommend that you never go there!!! The treatment did not help and it was given like a one shop fits all! Very angry and upset!!

Automatic charges

I committed to one moth of treatment for $79.00 but was continually charged for 7 more months. I never went back and they are claiming I signed up for continued membership. I did not do that knowingly!! What a scam!!! I am out $553.00. Very angry and upset!!! Leslie Peck
